“Who doesn't want to stay on a dreamy house boat?!” I can highly recommend this place. You will feel right at home. The boat is beautiful, cozy and clean. The owner is very relaxed and kind. It was lovely. We'll definitely come again. - Laura, 2012.

“Ahoy Rotterdam” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 February 2012 - I've stayed twice now on Mizar and feel very lucky to have discovered this very special way of experiencing a favorite city. Nestled at the end of a quiet street, just across from the wonders of the Maritime Museum, Mizar has the best view in Rotterdam! Especially at night when the historical dock machinery across the way lights up like Constructivist monuments. Inside, the apartments are snug and beautifully thought out in their renovation. Interesting and practical layout, great furniture (I want those beds at home!), even an easy to use washer/drier to help keep below airline baggage limits. Basics work fine: wifi, TV, CD/Radio, central heat, great lighting, etc. And the location, it's incredibly central to all transport and the attractions of Witte de Wit straat just across the water.
